Services

Six ways we get food from a manufacturer to your business.

Most customers start with one of these and add the others as the relationship grows. Every service is available on its own — you are not obliged to take the bundle.

Wholesale distribution

Case and pallet quantities of ambient, chilled and frozen grocery lines delivered to independent supermarkets, Asian grocers and convenience retailers on scheduled Victorian runs.

  • Sauces, pastes, oils and vinegars
  • Noodles, rice and dried goods
  • Canned and jarred lines
  • Snacks, confectionery and drinks

Foodservice supply

Catering pack formats for restaurants, takeaway kitchens, caterers and institutional cooks — base ingredients in sizes that suit a service line rather than a household pantry.

  • Bulk sauce, stock and seasoning formats
  • Catering-size noodle, rice and flour packs
  • Frozen prep components
  • Standing weekly or fortnightly orders

Sourcing & importing

Finding and qualifying manufacturers, agreeing specifications and pack formats, and managing the import documentation so a new line lands ready to sell.

  • Supplier qualification and sampling
  • Product specification agreement
  • Import and customs documentation
  • Landed cost build-up before commitment

Private label & contract packing

Carrying your own brand on an existing product: pack format, artwork placement and label content prepared so the finished carton meets Australian labelling requirements.

  • Pack format and fill weight selection
  • Label copy and artwork specification
  • Minimum run planning
  • Production scheduling with the manufacturer

Cold chain & storage

Temperature-controlled holding for chilled and frozen lines, with ambient racking alongside it, so a mixed order can be picked in one pass and delivered together.

  • Ambient, chilled and frozen holding
  • Temperature recorded at receipt and dispatch
  • Batch and date-code capture at pick
  • Stock rotation on a first-expiry basis

Labelling & compliance support

Checking that a line carries what Australian law requires before it reaches a shelf, and supplying you with the product information you need to answer a customer or a council officer.

  • Ingredient and allergen statements
  • Country-of-origin marking
  • Nutrition information panels
  • Date coding and storage instructions
Ordering

How a first order actually happens.

There is no portal to sign up for and no minimum contract term. A first order is a conversation, a list, and a delivery.

Once an account is open, repeat orders can be placed by email against the same list, and we will flag any line that has changed pack format, price or availability before we pick it.

First orderFour steps

  1. You tell us what you sell Business name, suburb, and the categories you buy. That is enough for us to know whether we are useful to you.
  2. We send the current list The lines we carry in your categories, with pack formats, unit sizes and current wholesale pricing.
  3. You place a trial order Start small. A single mixed pallet is a fair test of whether the range moves in your store or kitchen.
  4. We agree a delivery rhythm Once the range settles, we put you on a run and you order against it — weekly, fortnightly or as needed.
Trading terms

What we ask of a new account.

New accounts trade on prepayment until a credit application has been completed and assessed. Pricing is quoted per unit and per case, holds for the period stated on the quotation, and moves only when a supplier or freight cost moves — in which case we tell you before we pick your next order.

Full terms of trade, including our obligations to you under the Australian Consumer Law, are set out on our terms and conditions page.

Ask for the list in your categories.

Tell us which of the six services you are interested in and what you currently stock. We will reply with something specific rather than a brochure.
